My first attempt at blogging!
2 weeks to go and a feeling of slight panic is setting in. have we done all we could- probably not but it's too late now.
I have just had my last injection which takes the number upto eight in all. thanks to the Colonsay Doctors who have been wonderfully helpful. my registered doctorsin Oxford could not have been less helpful if they tried.
the car left the UK in a container at the begining of July and should now be on the dockside in Beijing.
We are still waiting for two more Visas. The Iranians certainly don't make it easy but hopefully we will be ok on the day.
If anyone bothers to read this and has tips about how to make it more "user friendly" please feel free to advise!
That all for now

Gosh, this is complex... I just noticed that most of us are supporting (jolly good) Mary's Meals, but I only later discovered that I could have accessed the other two charities via Dominic's profile link. I would have stuck with M'sM and perhaps others found the options more easily. Pedal to the metal - Kevin

good luck - watching you with interest... and my friend Merja's two friends are doing it too... apparently you can't miss them, they are the only 'Two-girl' team in the race - one of them is a Vesty I think.... seek em out. (Merja, pronounced Merria, is finnish and her son is a chorister with Keir)
